We want you to be happy with your order. Please read our policy carefully before purchasing.
Unopened Items
We accept returns on unopened, unused items in their original condition within 14 days of delivery. Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a tracked service as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit.
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
Opened or Used Items
Due to the nature of fragrance products, we are unable to accept returns or issue refunds on any items that have been opened or used. This policy is in place for hygiene reasons and applies to all decant samples regardless of size.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at Scentlet@proton.me with a photo of the item. We will resolve this at no cost to you.
How to Request a Return
Contact us via our email before sending anything back. Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.
