Delivery
All orders are shipped via Royal Mail. We aim to dispatch all orders within 1-2 business days of payment being received.
Shipping Rates
Royal Mail 2nd Class: £2.00 flat rate on all orders
Royal Mail 1st Class: £4.50 flat rate on all orders
Free 2nd Class shipping on orders over £25
Delivery Times
Once dispatched, estimated delivery times are:
2nd Class: 2-3 business days (Royal Mail aim for 48 hours)
1st Class: 1-2 business days (Royal Mail aim for next working day)
Please note delivery times are estimates provided by Royal Mail and are not guaranteed. During busy periods such as bank holidays or peak seasons, deliveries may take slightly longer.
Failed Deliveries
If your order is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failed delivery attempt, you will be responsible for the cost of reshipment.
Lost or Delayed Orders
If your order hasn't arrived within 10 business days of dispatch please contact us and we will investigate with Royal Mail on your behalf.
